Went to the gym every day this week-break tonight, back on the wagon tomorrow.  Feels good! Just need to get the eating back on track; still nomming leftovers.

Winter break reform: day 2

Started off so good with a breakfast of scrambled eggs with a little chicken and apples, and ended so…processed.  Negative.  Positive: 30 minute walk/run.  

Tomorrow: get out of the house more (think a lot of this is just bored-eating).  Also try to stick to regular meal times.
